Primary Treatment Programs
Top of the World Ranch offers multiple evidence-based primary treatment programs for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions, which are individually tailored to meet each client’s unique clinical, emotional, and personal needs. Our personalized treatment planning process ensures that every client receives the right level of care, therapeutic approach, and support for long-term recovery.
Throughout their participation in our residential addiction treatment programs, each client is assigned a dedicated primary counselor who serves as their main point of clinical contact and care coordinator. This primary counselor works closely with the client and the interdisciplinary treatment team to guide recovery, monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and support sustainable outcomes in sobriety, mental health, and overall well-being.
Detox Program
If you need medical detox from drugs or alcohol, Top of the World Ranch offers on-site, medically supervised detox services as part of our full continuum of care. Our integrated detox program provides 24/7 clinical monitoring to support safe withdrawal and stabilization in a private, therapeutic setting. Once detox is complete, clients transition seamlessly into our residential addiction treatment programs on the same campus—eliminating gaps in care and reducing the risk of relapse during transfers.

The Facility
The Main Lodge
The Main Lodge at Top of the World Ranch is a 13,000-square-foot, purpose-built residential treatment facility where our primary addiction treatment and mental health programs take place. Designed with healing in mind, this thoughtfully constructed brick lodge provides a safe, private, and therapeutic environment for individuals beginning their recovery journey and developing the skills needed to maintain long-term sobriety.
Within the Main Lodge, clients have access to comfortable living spaces, clinical therapy rooms, group counseling areas, and restorative common spaces that support evidence-based substance use disorder treatment, trauma-informed care, and whole-person healing in a calm, structured setting.
The Residence
Our comfortable residential accommodations are designed to support privacy, dignity, and rest during addiction recovery and mental health treatment. Featuring private rooms and private bathrooms, our residence offers a calm, restorative living environment where clients can decompress, reflect, and recharge as they continue their healing journey.
Located just a short walk from the Main Lodge and primary treatment spaces, our on-campus residence provides convenient access to therapy, group sessions, and clinical support—allowing clients to fully engage in residential addiction treatment while experiencing the comfort and security of a thoughtfully designed recovery setting.
The Grounds
The grounds of Top of the World Ranch span more than 315 acres of private, natural landscape, featuring miles of scenic walking and hiking trails designed to support physical wellness, stress reduction, and holistic addiction recovery. These on-site trails provide clients with daily opportunities to engage in healthy movement, reconnect with nature, and build sustainable wellness routines as part of our residential substance use disorder and mental health treatment programs.
Throughout the property, strategically placed benches and quiet rest areas offer space for reflection, mindfulness, and contemplation—allowing clients to pause, process therapeutic insights, and integrate the lessons learned in recovery.
